Refund & Cancellation Policy – School Analyzer

At School Analyzer, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the platform fails to provide the agreed services due to technical or operational issues.
  • If a user was charged in error or paid for services not received.
  • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction caused by user errors or misuse of the platform.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of premium subscriptions or paid services. Cancellations must be requested via email at kiprotiche78@gmail.com. Cancellation requests will be processed within 5 business days.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase. The refund may take 7–14 business days to reflect in the user’s account, depending on the payment provider.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in cases where services were partially used. The amount refunded will be calculated proportionally based on services delivered.
